Among the collection of cool small urban projects are not one...but two of our ADU projects in Portland!!

Things are well underway at the Lake Oswego remodel. .
This large open main floor feels spectacular. It’s hard to even remember that this used to be chopped up into 5 separate (small and dark) rooms/spaces!!

Been a while since we worked on this stair design, but great to see this beast get installed!

Still waiting on plumbing to finish up, but love the way this minimalist steel plate vanity “floats” in the space.

And since we’re focused on flooring this week... .
Radiant concrete floors got sealed. Such a pleasure to walk around barefoot on a warm (and clean) slab! .
More importantly, the place is empty and we’re ready for cabinets/built-ins.

Bathroom tile is in at the butterfly house project.

Original plan was to have a raw concrete floor in this space (like the rest of the house), but a last minute change meant mockups for a last minute tile design/layout.
